Our story
More than a real estate agency — a dream starting to take shape
Zenildo Imóveis grew out of a dream built over many years: to create a company of our own within the real estate market of Santa Catarina, a region we are connected to both personally and through family.
Our founder always wanted to build his own agency in Santa Catarina, above all in the Camboriú area, where he lived important moments of his life and where he keeps his summer home. It is a region he knows, admires, and has a relationship with that goes far beyond business.
His path in real estate began long before Zenildo Imóveis existed. For decades that experience was built inside the family business — following negotiations, investments and property management, and above all understanding what a property means in a person's life.
Because a property is not simply a building.
